  • Cherry tomatoes 300 g

  1. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta and set them aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook it until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the halved, cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook them until they start to soften and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and stir the pasta and tomatoes together until the pasta is coated with the tomato sauce.
