Servings - Farfalle Pasta 1 cups
- Green Chickpea 0.25 cups
- Garlic 1 cloves
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoons
- Lemon 1
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Paprika 0.05 g
To prepare Pasta with Green Chickpeas, follow the steps below after preparing the ingredients as per the provided table:
1.Add Pasta to a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
2.After 10 minutes, add broccoli and green chickpeas to the boiling water and wait until the ingredients are cooked to your desired tenderness.
3.Before draining the pasta and vegetables, reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
4.After draining the pasta, place the pot back on medium heat and add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5.Add the pasta, vegetables, and the reserved pasta water back into the pot and reduce the heat.
6.Finally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley over the pasta, and serve with a squeeze of lemon and additional parsley.
