1. Prepare the Noodles:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Toss the beef to coat it evenly and set it aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef to the hot pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s browned and cooked through.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
4. Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers.
Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften and develop a nice color.
5. Combine Everything:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
Add the cooked noodles and the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Stir-fry everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through.
Divide the savory beef and noodle stir-fry between two plates.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
